Will we be able to stick a 15^50 on a Candy Cane Bow?

15^50 is part of a weapon, not an upgrade. So... nope.

I think the OP is referring to the rumor that 15^50, 20% HSR, and other "inscriptions" will be salvageable in the future. If it is indeed true, I see no reason why you couldn't throw one on a Candy Cane Bow.
That said, bear in mind this entire idea is based upon one sentence from one interview. It has certainly caused a wildfire of speculation, but no one knows with any certainty if this system will ever be seen. edit: Thanks for the correction...I wasn't aware that candy cane weapons can't hold affixes. Guess I just never tried. As for identifying what constitutes a weapon, why wouldn't staves/foci/shields be included? It makes little sense (at least to me) to create such a sweeping overhaul of the upgrade system and then preclude caster classes from reaping any benefit. disarm76 - We dont even know that you'll be able to put 15^50 on ANYTHING (we have no information has to how inscribs work, and just a vague sentence in a magazine telling what they even are).
EDIT: October Jade - "20% HSR" - The magazine only specifically mentioned WEAPON inherent mods, not offhand or shield or wand mods, That is just VERY wishful thinking on some speculator's parts. EDIT AGAIN: Forgot to answer seocnd question, IF they work like salvagable mods now, NO you will not be able to put it on your bow, as the CC weapons cannot be upgraded.
